A Busy Moms Workout Routine

Being a full time mom and having a job doesn’t leave me a lot of time for some me time or to workout!

I do find it mandatory to squeeze in a workout at least 2 to 3 times a week. From 7am I am on mom mode. Since recently my youngest who is 2 1/2 started preschool, she joined her older sister. The girls are at school during 3 hours in the morning, 4 times a week.

Having errands and my work to do I needed to find easy and efficient workouts.

I first discovered the daily workout on the tone it up app. I love how everyday the routine changes and it focuses on different areas.

I heard about the Santa Monica stairs and I did it a few times. I was always feeling amazing afterwards.

About a month ago I decided to give it a real shot. I love being outside while I exercise. In 30 minutes I feel I did a great workout and physically and mentally I feel I am ready to tackle my work and my mom duties.
