To switch things up from my chocolate mousse dessert I recently made for our friends a delicious passion fruit mango mousse. It is an easy and fun dessert!!!
To make 6 individual mousse you will need:
- 1/2 lb shortcake cookies
- 2 mangoes
- 2 cups of whip cream
- 1 passion fruit
Slice the mangoes and keep half of one for later. Blend the mango and the shortcake cookies until it becomes creamy. Add the whip cream.
Cut in little cubes the left half mango. Add them on the bottom of your little dishes.
Add the mango mousse.
Slice your passion fruit open and extract the juice with the seeds.
Cover each mousse and let them sit in the fridge. Before serving add some of the passion fruit over each dish. Your dessert is ready. Enjoy!!
