Shrimp Avocado Ceviche Delight

Even if you are not a fish lover! This shrimp avocado ceviche is fresh, light and delight! The recipe is very simple. As an appetizer or as a light meal, 

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 lb of Peeled and Cooked Shrimps
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cut the shrimps in 1″ pieces. Squeeze the lemon and the lime juice and let the shrimps marinate. Cut the avocados and chop the cilantro. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss the mix. We love to eat the ceviche with some Blue corn tortilla chips.
